No. TalkWorld calling cards work with all phone providers. You may wish to check with your phone service provider any additional costs to our national and toll-free numbers.

Normally national access numbers will be included in your contract plan and we encourage the use to get the most minutes from your TalkWorld credit.
Once you have used the credit balance you may dispose of the fully recyclable card.

HOW TO USE YOUR TALKWORLD INTERNATIONAL CALLING CARD

1. Scratch the panel to reveal your unique TalkWorld code
2. Dial the local TalkWorld Country network number
3. When prompted, via your phone (Automated Message), enter your TalkWorld code number located underneath the scratch panel
4. Then simply dial the number you want to call, making sure you use international format
5. When you finish the call, you can hang up or stay on the line to hear your remaining balance

TalkWorld adopts a simple pricing structure, each card is loaded with its purchased credit balance and you have access to call the entire globe using our guaranteed lowest pricing rates.
To calculate the number of minutes, simply divide the per minute rate by the total credit balance. No hidden fees.

Please follow these steps:

  • 1.Scratch the security panel to reveal your unique calling PIN number
  • 2. Call the access number listed in the card inlay
  • 3. Listen to the voice menu and when prompted, enter your calling card PIN number
  • 4. Dial the international number you want to reach (Include International and National dialing codes)
  • 5. Wait for the receiving party to answer
  • 6. When the call is finished, hang-up to end.

Using TalkWorld local number access, there are no extra charges – check with your mobile phone provider for costs, normally local numbers are free or bundled.
You will not be charged by your mobile phone telephone provider when using a TalkWorld toll-free access number. A per minute surcharge will apply on the TalkWorld dialing rate, for additional information please see our rates page.

If unsure about what you will be charged when using your mobile phone, please check with your mobile phone provider.

Local access means that instead of using a toll-free number to dial into our network and make a call, a local number in a national area code is used. TalkWorld phone cards have both local and toll-free access numbers. Use local access numbers to get the most minutes possible out of your card. If a local access number is not available on your phone network, you can also use our toll-free number.

TalkWorld round calls up to the nearest whole minute.

No. TalkWorld charges the same rate always.

Cards will expire 12 months from the first call or last recharge, however with a bundle card your minutes expire 30 days after activation of card.

Please follow the following instructions:

  • 1. Hang-up and end any existing phone call, and re-start your phone
  • 2. Check you have available bundled minutes, or credit by speaking to your phone service provider
  • 3. Please check the network number is dialed correctly
  • 4. When prompted, input the unique pin code that is printed on the TalkWorld card
  • 5. Listen to the voice prompts
  • 6. If the TalkWorld card still has available credit you will be asked to dial the number you wish to call
  • 7. Dial the international number you want to reach (Include International and National dialing codes).
  • 8. If you are not successful please contact our customer service team for support

TalkWorld cards are available in, 30, 50, 70 and 100 (local currency where sold)
